SHIPPING INFORMATION AND EXCHANGES


Liquido Active tries its best to dispatch parcels from orders placed before 2pm local Sydney time on a business day, shipped out that same day! Otherwise, your order will be shipped out the next business day. Please take care to fill out your full name and address at checkout in English language, including first and last name to prevent any postal delays. Please note that sometimes during high-volume or sale periods, there may be some delay in having your order shipped out.


    • Free Shipping on all orders to: Australia, United States and Canada(DHL).
    • International: all orders over $150 AUD are eligible for Standard free shipping.
    • United States: all orders over $120 USD are eligible for DHL Express shipping.
    • Please note that Liquido Active is not responsible for packages, which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
    • Additionally, Liquido Active is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
    We currently do not ship to the United Arab Emirates, Netherlands and Belgium.

Delivery Time


Once a package has left our warehouse we have very little control over it. Please note that delivery times listed above are only estimations. Liquido Active is not responsible for any delays caused by the carrier, especially during high-volume periods. Liquido Active can never guarantee a delivery date.

 

Please note: Parcels sent by Standard Shipping, are dispatched by Australia Post. Once its reaches the destination country, it will then be handled over to the Local Post Company for delivery.

 

If you are not home to accept your package, the carrier will assess whether it is safe to leave. If not, in some cases, a calling card will be left in your letterbox detailing the steps for arranging re-delivery or picking up your parcel at the local post office. Otherwise, keep checking the progress of your parcel with the online tracking.

 

If you have not received your package within the delivery time stated above, please email customercare@liquidoactive.com with your Full Name and Order Number and we'll look into the matter immediately!

 

Liquido Active is not liable for missing parcels due to errors on the customer or carrier's part.


Taxes & Duties


Please note taxes and duties may be charged for international orders.

 

We are now offering a chance to add customs and duties pre-paid at the checkout for a free hassle delivery. Please make sure to add to your cart before proceeding to payment.

 

In case the option to add your taxes is $0.00 and the sub-total amount is over the threshold limit of the destination country, Liquido Active will send you an invoice with the equivalent amount. Your parcel will be sent towards payment of this invoice.

 

If you do not add this benefit, all applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes and any other charges are the responsibility of the customer, even if you refuse the shipment upon delivery. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.

 

Customs authorities require by law that we state the value of your order directly on the package. Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package and, in rare cases, they may also delay or reject delivery.

 

If you refuse to pay any additional fees, your package will be sent back to us, international returns can take up to 4 months to arrive and you will be refunded the cost of your order minus any extra shipping charges incurred from the carrier.


Exchanges


Didn’t work out? That’s okay! We are more than happy to process an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Here’s how:


Returns


  • Liquido Active is unable to process any exchange or return on items that were not purchased from our online store.
  • Refunds are only issued in the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item.
  • SALE and Promotional items are FINAL sale. No exchanges, returns or refunds.
  • We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, except for faulty items.
  • We must have the exchanged item in our warehouse before your new item is sent.
  • In case of an exchange you are required to send the item back to us (shipping cost paid by client), after we receive the item we’ll send your new product(s) (shipping cost paid by Liquido via standard post).
  • Liquido Active is not responsible for the loss of garments being returned.
  • In case you do exchange for an item with lower price, you will be given a credit to be used on your next purchase.

  1. Please fill out the Exchange Form https://liquidoactive.com/pages/exchanges Our Customer Service Department will contact you once its received and authorise the exchange. Items received or requests to return or exchange items outside a 30 days period will NOT be accepted.
  2. All garments returned must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging and tags intact. Swimwear, Underwear and Jewellery can not be returned or exchanged.
  3. We recommend sending back product with a trackable delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.

Refunds


Liquido Active DOES NOT issue refunds under any of these circumstances:


  • Change of mind;
  • Wrong size ordered;
  • Sale items.

If your product(s) is faulty or damaged, we will gladly offer a refund, an exchange or credit towards a future purchase.

  • Refunds will only be issued on the original credit card used for the purchase or via PayPal (fees may incur). Once your refund has been issued, funds will show up on your bank statement within approximately up to 10 business days.
