Didn’t work out? That’s okay! We are more than happy to process an exchange and issue a store credit within 14 days of delivery. Here’s how:
- All EXCHANGES will be processed and issued a STORE CREDIT which will cover the cost of item exchange and shipping for the new product.
- All RETURNS will be processed and issued a STORE CREDIT .
- Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 14 days from the date you received the item. Client must contact our Customer Service Department before sending the parcel back also we expect the client to fill up the Exchange Form and place inside the parcel. Items received or requests to return or exchange items outside of this period will NOT be accepted. We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within this time-frame.
- All garments returned must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, without makeup or deodorant marks and with the original packaging and tags intact.
- The returned items must NOT be swimwear and jewelry.
- Liquido Active is unable to process any exchange or return on items that were not bought from our online store.
- Refunds are only issued in the unlikely case that you received a faulty item.
- SALE and Promotional items are FINAL sale. No exchanges, returns or refunds.
- We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, except for faulty items. Items we exchange will be resent at our own cost. Your own return postage costs are not refundable.
- Liquido Active is not responsible for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a trackable and insured delivery method.
- We must have the exchanged item in our warehouse before your new item is sent
- Liquido Active DOES NOT issue refunds under any of these circumstances: Change of mind, Wrong size ordered, Decided you did not like the purchase and Sale items. Under any of the circumstances stated we will gladly offer an exchange or credit towards a future purchase.
- Once your refund has been issued, funds will show up on your bank statement within approximately 3-4 business days.

Important Shipping Notes
- Free Shipping only applies to general sales (wholesale orders are excluded)
- Free Shipping only applies to orders between $150 and $650
- Orders sent to addresses in USA and Canada are given a tracking number as soon as the order is completed and shipped.
- Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is completed and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched
- Any orders received after 4PM will only be processed on the following business day.
- Liquido actives does not process orders over the weekends or on Public holidays.
- Extremely large orders may be subject to additional shipping charge.
- Please note that Liquido is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
- If you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include a note with your order and we will contact you via email to confirm availability & price.
- Additionally, Liquido is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
