Didn’t work out? That’s okay! We are more than happy to process an exchange or store credit within 30 days of delivery. Here’s how:


  • Liquido Active is unable to process any exchange or return on items that were not purchased from our online store.
  • Refunds are only issued in the unlikely case that you receive a faulty item.
  • SALE and Promotional items are FINAL sale. No exchanges, returns or refunds.
  • We do not refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, except for faulty items.
  • We must have the exchanged item in our warehouse before your new item is sent.
  • In case of an exchange you are required to send the item back to us (shipping cost paid by client), after we receive the item we’ll send your new product(s) (shipping cost paid by Liquido via standard post).
  • Liquido Active is not responsible for the loss of garments being returned.
  • In case you do exchange for an item with lower price, you will be given a credit to be used on your next purchase, valid for 6 months.

  1. Contact our Customer Service Department before sending the parcel back. Also we expect the client to fill out the Exchange Form and place inside the parcel. Items received or requests to return or exchange items outside a 30 days period will NOT be accepted.
  2. All garments returned must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with the original packaging and tags intact. Swimwear and Jewelry can not be returned or exchanged.
  3. We recommend sending back product with a trackable delivery. We are not responsible for lost or stolen shipments.


Liquido Active DOES NOT issue refunds under any of these circumstances: Change of mind, wrong size ordered, deciding you did not like the purchase and sale items. If your product(s) is faulty or damaged, we will gladly offer an exchange, a refund, or credit towards a future purchase.

Refunds will only be issued on the original credit card used for the purchase or via PayPal (fees may incur). Once your refund has been issued, funds will show up on your bank statement within approximately up to 10 business days.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Free shipping is only available for general and teacher orders.
  • Australia: orders between $100 and $650 (after discounts) are eligible for free shipping.
  • International: orders between $210 and $650 (after discounts) are eligible for free shipping.
  • Liquido Active will use registered post (not trackable) for international free shipping orders.
  • International free shipping orders from the following countries will be shipped by pack and track (trackable online).
  • Countries: Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Lithuania, Malaysia, Malta, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, Slovenia, Spain, South Korea, Sweden, UK, USA
  • If you would like a different method of shipping, please select it on checkout.
  • Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is completed and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 72 hours for shipments to be dispatched.
  • Any orders received after 2pm will only be processed on the following business day.
  • Liquido Active does not process orders over the weekends or on Public Holidays.
  • Extremely large orders may be subject to additional shipping charge.
  • Please note that Liquido Active is not responsible for packages which are lost or damaged during shipment, or for locating lost or stolen packages once they have been delivered. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
  • If you would like to purchase additional services, such as signature confirmation or insurance, please include a note with your order and we will contact you via email to confirm availability & price.
  • Additionally, Liquido Active is not responsible for replacing packages sent to erroneous or outdated addresses, as entered by the customer, so please be sure to double check your shipping address before placing your order.
  • We currently do not ship to the United Arab Emirates, Netherlands and Belgium.

Please be aware that orders to countries outside Australia may be subjected to import duties or tax, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as this charges are imposed directly by your local customs. Payment of this is necessary to release your order from your customs.  Items returned due to Unpaid Delivery Duty, wrong address, not able to deliver and items are returned to our warehouse, Liquido Active will not provide refund for shipping expenses from Australia to the destination country and from the destination country back to Australia.

Shipping Method: Domestic Orders
  • AU POST EXPRESS - Next business day delivery for all capital cities (except Darwin and in Perth CBD only) and some major centres. Outside metropolitan areas guaranteed service is to and from townships only.
  • AU POST Parcel Post - Covers all of Australia. Sending to same state: Metro - up to 2 business days / Country - up to 5 business days. Sending interstate: Metro - up to 3-6 business days.
  • DHL Domestic: Next business day delivery to Adelaide, Brisbane, Cairns, Darwin, Melbourne, Perth, Sydney, Canberra. For all other cities it can takes up to 3 business days. Note order must be placed until 9.30am.

Shipping Method: International Orders
  • Registered Post - Tracking not available, confirmation of delivery only. Estimated delivery time from 5 to 20 business days, depending on destination.
  • Pack & Track - Tracking standard service. Estimated delivery time from 5 to 20 business days, depending on destination.
  • Express Post Courier - Tracking express service. Estimated delivery time up to 5 business days, depending on destination.
  • DHL Express: Tracking express service. Estimated delivery time to 4 business days, depending on destination.
